The institution
Overview
Historic converted lighting workshop; cultured counterpunching and body-work craft. Exacting coach welcomes beauty but distrusts mystique and refuses to flatter stars.
History
Marta Bellandi began teaching after maintaining stage lights taught her how tiny alignment errors ruin an apparently beautiful performance. She and her sister bought the old workshop, preserving overhead rails while removing unsafe machinery. The sister’s share now rests with a family trust; Marta directs sporting operations. The atelier name recognises repeated skilled work rather than social exclusivity. Meals and music belong here but secure no favoured treatment. Its proposed stable includes two current source champions and several exacting craftspeople, while earlier prestige rests on teaching reputation, with no fabricated belts. The repaired lamp cabinet remains because Marta dislikes the idea that success requires throwing away everything that once worked.
Ownership
Independent Bellandi family trust and Marta’s operating share. Transparent camp fees; championship status gives no ownership.
Location
Fictional theatrical-lighting workshop in an older Naples commercial quarter, with a restored loading entrance.
Identity
Warm industrial copper, wooden drawers and theatre-light beams; handmade refinement remains visibly useful.
Reputation
Patient counterpunching, detailed body work and a head coach who corrects stars without flattery.
Philosophy
Beauty follows balance. An elegant result does not excuse controlling a partner.
Training specialities
Patient counters, short uppercuts, twisting body attacks, shoulder defence and layered rhythms.
Training approach
Prepare a reaction and make the smallest useful adjustment; describe the partner’s option too.
Daily routine
- Quiet mobility and equipment check.
- Short entry, body-position and exit sequences.
- Matched tactical rounds with reversed roles and one observation each.
- Film comparison, reset and optional communal break.
Atmosphere
Concentrated and sociable. The loudest person may discover everyone is listening to someone else.
Facilities
Good changing rooms, equipment workshop, recovery consultation room and insulated coaching office; maintained rather than extravagant.
Equipment
Body targets, angle mirrors, short-step lanes and adjustable pads. Filming lights never deliberately glare into a boxer’s eyes.
Communal spaces
Long table by the lamp cabinet, communal sink and a rail for personal projects. Cooking and entertaining never earn preferential coaching.
Travel and camps
Italian residents train regularly; Pascal and Adrien retain French nationality during proposed Naples camps. No completed transfer history is asserted.

Independent gym relationships · separate from fighter rivalries
Across the gyms
Championship prestige and control
Ferroluce and Summit Gate both accommodate important champions, but Marta Bellandi regards composure as a craft while Petra Voss distrusts anything that looks like ceremonial authority. Dante's meticulous control and Friedrich's generous showmanship make that argument personal.
Proposed narrative
In preparation for the already listed Dante–Friedrich appearance, the coaches must approve a joint behind-the-scenes feature. Marta wants the feature to reveal the work beneath Dante's image. Petra insists Friedrich be shown doing the ordinary corrections he would rather turn into a polished performance. Both men face the discomfort of being excellent without directing every viewer's reaction.
Shared craft and competitive ambition
Ferroluce and Sunroom both make room for beautiful work, but Marta's exacting corrections can sound like judgement while Inês's encouragement can let a helper take on too much. Zion and Salvatore Russo already have a listed upcoming contest, so the coaches cannot simply exchange confidential ideas.
Proposed narrative
A proposed visual-identity feature shows Zion designing stagewear and Salvatore translating sensor readings into a clear drawing. Each has a reason to respect the other's creativity before competing. The coaches set firm boundaries on the feature, and the fighters each struggle to delegate a small production task rather than complete everything themselves.
Luxury with opposing ideas of authority
Crownline and Ferroluce can both attract premium partners. Bea thinks a polished surface becomes useful only when nobody is distracted by maintaining it; Marta regards visual care as evidence of attention. Their proposed rivalry concerns who gets to set a star's daily priorities.
Proposed narrative
A proposed sponsor pitch requests an elaborate joint shoot. Bea wants a strict end time. Marta wants the fighters' contribution treated as skilled work rather than interchangeable glamour. Adrian Falk and Enzo Moretti each discover that being well presented does not excuse refusing an ordinary correction.
Structure and improvisation in genuine friendship
Marta and Rafi can appreciate the same rhythm and disagree about who should be allowed to interrupt it. A proposed creative friendship connects Ferroluce's composed sequences with Switchyard's rehearsed unpredictability.
Proposed narrative
Adrien Petit creates a carefully layered non-contact demonstration and becomes controlling when Dante Marin changes the timing. Noah Carter understands the musical argument but initially avoids taking a side. Rafi asks the improviser to repeat the variation reliably; Marta asks the planner to explain which part of the original structure actually matters. The revised exercise belongs to both contributors.
