Head coach
Arvid ValeTraining approach
Proposed Germany-to-Copenhagen blocks with protected home time and appropriately matched super-middleweight contact.
Development focus
Delegate one review task and practise responding to an actual cue rather than carrying responsibility for the whole room.
Why this gym
Matthias’s balanced defensive feet and shoulder counters suit measured movement work, while lift maintenance gives his vigilance a concrete professional parallel.
Compatibility
Arvid respects reliability but must stop a shared tendency to prevent every possible error personally.
