Biography
Proposed background: Arvid entered professional camps through movement analysis and conditioning support, then spent years apprenticed to experienced boxing corner teams. He learned pad work, tactical film preparation and the difficult difference between a useful finding and an instruction a tired fighter could execute. Northline was founded after he had already led professional camps; its scientific presentation was a proposed improvement to coaching, not his substitute for learning the sport. He still defers clinical questions to qualified practitioners and can be exposed when a technically accurate explanation misses the person hearing it.
Personality
Curious, methodical and courteous; wants to be helpful but can seek refuge in an explanation when someone needs simple recognition.
Coaching philosophy
A useful number changes an understandable action. If the athlete cannot explain the choice, the diagram is unfinished.
Specialities
Lead-hand timing, pivot counters, balanced resets and comparing intention with what actually happened.
Signature methods
Blind-summary rounds hide the display until the athlete reports the exchange. A controlled disruption drill changes a minor routine while preserving the main objective.
Corner behaviour
Tablet stays outside the conversation. One cue and one response, delivered in ordinary language.
Sparring behaviour
Asks permission to review a clip, stops data collection when it distracts and checks the athlete’s interpretation before giving his.
Fighter relationships
Nikolai need not become outgoing, but must communicate needs; Leon’s precision is valued without dismissing intuition. Sofia and Maksim get bounded reviews so exactness cannot consume the entire day.
Strengths
Designs clear experiments, distributes work fairly and separates observation from assumption.
Flaws
Sometimes treats correct procedure as sufficient care; anxious over-explaining can make a small uncertainty feel larger.
Appearance
Adult male black-spotted Dalmatian with natural folded ears, a small spot beside one amber eye and a lean athletic build.
Professional attire
Navy technical polo, coral lanyard, white-soled trainers and a paper notebook always tucked behind the tablet.
