Head coach
Inês da LuzTraining approach
Proposed residential Lisbon camps from England, using a dependable review routine and protected home periods rather than an endless run of public appearances.
Development focus
Assess one useful decision before hearing feedback and maintain the combination rhythm when the room is quiet.
Why this gym
Theo’s busy jab and flowing combinations suit Inês da Luz’s adaptable sequences, while his habitual homemade lunches show generosity through specific everyday care.
