Cillian Byrne

Head coach

Training approach

Proposed Ireland-to-London camps with scheduled returns home; communal cooking is optional, never a membership duty.

Development focus

Use patient pressure without granting endless chances to an opponent’s repeated trick, and clarify ordinary requests before agreeing.

Why this gym

Cillian’s rolling combinations and patient forward feet suit the depot’s steady teaching; his cooperative bread-making reflects care expressed through reliable practical work.

Compatibility

Olaf’s blunt boundaries balance optimism that can otherwise outlast evidence of exploitation.
